DAEL Ventures Ltd. becomes part of Mitie Group

DAEL Group and Mitie announced today that they have reached an agreement on the business acquisition of DAEL Ventures Ltd. by Mitie Group.

Director Andre van der Hout about the company takeover: “After eight years, now is the right time for us to say goodbye to our British telecoms businesses. The current composition of employees, as well as the name and identity of the main DAEL entities, DAEL Telecom Ltd. and JB Towers Ltd. will remain unchanged for the time being, which means that the ongoing cooperation with our partners and customers is guaranteed. Mitie shares our vision in this.”

According to the management, the focus for the DAEL Group in the coming years will be in the Netherlands: “In the coming years, we have the ambition to grow into a leading company in the Dutch market within the electrical engineering, infrastructure, telecom and security sector. Strategic choices have already been made that match our new objectives,” says Van der Hout.
