Track side buildings PVT Weert almost complete

HAELEN - At the beginning of last year, VolkerRail announced that it had selected DAEL Rail to build four track side buildings for the Weert corridor. The construction of the buildings is part of the Program Replacement Train Security (PVT) of ProRail. The traditional relay protection systems are replaced by modern interlocking systems.
The DAEL Rail project consisted of an architectural and an installation part. The work was done with prefabricated building components so that it could be built quickly and efficiently. After the construction of the relay building was ready, the DAEL Rail mechanics started working on the electrotechnical installations inside the building.
