DAEL Climate reconditioned the existing air treatment installations, replaced the roof extractor system and renewed the cooling installation at the entrance. At the entrance we placed a new ventilation system that has been regulated on the air quality. One of the air handling units has been provided with a post heater that is connected to an air/air heat pump. The already existing control technique has been replaced by a web-based control system, including managing and history options. After these activities we also have been granted a maintenance contract. |
